Short, sharp & punchy, this two-hour class will combine a tasting of 3-4 craft beers paired with Chef Katrina Ryan's superb creations with cooking and beer matching tips from both presenters.
The beer tasting is led by nationally respected beer journo and educator Matt Kirkegaard. Chef Katrina Ryan will be serving up a traditional Northern Thai Curry of pork, with pickled garlic, ginger, tamarind and peanuts. Katrina will give you some tips on creating an authentic curry paste from scratch before you sample the finished product. These interactive classes are lots of fun, tasty and very informative.
