I am working with The Alliance to do an event we're calling Dego Deco...we're taking a degustation menu and deconstructing the flavours to pair with a selection of great beers. It's really a study of beer and food, flavours and matching. It's designed to be very fun and hands-on (mouths-on?).
STARTER 4 Oysters (different flavours)
MAIN Grass fed Beef sliced w blue cheese sauce or pepper sauce
DESSERT Affogato (ice cream, Frangelico, coffee)
...all paired (and blended) with a variety of craft beers
