Short, sharp & punchy, this two-hour class will combine a tasting of 3-4 craft beers paired with Chef Katrina Ryan's superb creations with cooking and beer matching tips from both presenters.
The beer tasting is led by nationally respected beer journo and educator Matt Kirkegaard. Chef Katrina Ryan will be serving up a stunning Spanish dish, cooked in clay pots and flavoured with Tasmanian Saffron. You'll learn a few tips on making a picada and the best ways to use the world's most expensive spice. These interactive classes are lots of fun, tasty and very informative.
