Hmmm, if bacon makes everything better, I think brisket for breakfast would be interesting at the very least. I just need to think about what beers I will be recommending!

MIGHTY MIGHTY CUE & BREW LAUNCH NEW MENU AND PROVE EARLY BIRD CATCHES THE BREAKFAST BRISKET
American Southern ‘meaty temple’, Brisbane restaurant and bar Mighty Mighty Cue & Brew burst onto the scene just four months ago and have already gained a reputation as Brisbane’s hottest hub of American cuisine, this week launching their new menu which includes a full US Style Breakfast Menu served weekends between 8am and 3pm.
Dedicated to the preservation of the American BBQ states whilst still maintaining Brisbane City’s charm, the urban cowboys at Mighty Mighty have been overwhelmed during their first months of lunch and dinner trading by the reception of American cuisine and culture by happy customers seeking a side of soul with their smoky Southern fare.
In Mighty Mighty’s US Breakfast menu, diners can expect to find executive chef Adam Herbert’s signature slow-cooked local cuts adopting complimentary iconic staples of America’s Southern states including Californian eggs benedict featuring poached eggs, shrimp, bacon, avocado, muffin and hollandaise; huevos rancheros with fried pinto beans, mexican rice, corn tortillas, avocado, fried eggs and adobo ketchup; a decadent foray of southern fried chicken & waffles with maple syrup and whipped cream; and what US Breakfast would be complete without a pancake short stack with options of streaky bacon, banana curd & blueberries and nutella and strawberries.
