Beer Tapas is a very social way to enjoy beer, while also experiencing great food matches.
Matt has joined with Alliance Hotel chef David Blackman to create a menu of complementary food and beer matches designed to be shared among friends. Just as shared plates are a popular way to dine with friends, shared beers are a way to enjoy smaller amounts of a wider selection of beers.

Most importantly, there's not a pulled pork slider or buffalo wing to be seen. These are contemporary restaurant share plates matched to beer, not dude food. Matches include a seasonal menu of dishes such as half-shell Kinkawooka mussels grilled with herb crumb and spicy aioli matched with Beechworth Pale Ale and Haggis scotch quail eggs paired with Rodenbach Grand Cru.
Cost: $99 and includes a craft beer on arrival, and six courses paired to a selection of Australian and international craft beers.
