This year I have started to run regular monthly Beer Masterclasses at The Alliance Hotel. These are a great fun class to host, and hopefully to attend. Over the course of two hours we go right through the brewing process, ingredients, styles and beer and food matching. The classes feature sampling ten beers over a wide range of styles, each highlighting a different ingredient or flavour profile.
