Brewsvegas is just a few weeks away and there is an alarming number of sensational sounding events to tempt you. I am doing a couple of events that week, including one on a topic very close to my heart.
I am working with The Alliance to do an event we're calling Dego Deco...we're taking a degustation menu and deconstructing the flavours to pair with a selection of great beers. It's really a study of beer and food, flavours and matching. It's designed to be very fun and hands-on (mouths-on?).
The Menu
STARTER 4 Oysters (different flavours)
MAIN Grass fed Beef sliced w blue cheese sauce or pepper sauce
DESSERT Affogato (ice cream, Frangelico, coffee)
